    Can one say
    a. Everything about the flight has been taken care of.
    b. Everything concerning the flight has been taken care of.

    c. Everything has been taken care of about the flight.
    d. Everything has been taken care of concerning the flight.

    They are all grammatical. I wouldn't use c, but it's not wrong.
