    I assume that this is part off a longer sentence. We'd need the rest of the sentence to know whether or not it is correct.

    That's OK, though 'every month' is unnecessary - salaries are normally paid monthly.

    'Some people get salaries' would be OK if you were contrasting this siuation with something else:Some people get salaries, some are paid an hourly rate, and some are self-employed.

    I don't find it at all natural; you *earn* your salary, you don't often hear that people 'get' it. Here in North America, most people are paid weekly or every 2 weeks.
