    As it stands, it means nothing to me. You will find, as you become more familiar with this forum, that we always ask for a full sentence to consider. Please give us the sentence in which you found "depend from".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Thus far, I have been unable to come up with any phrase where "depend" isn't followed by "on".

    I am depending on you.
    The employees depend on their boss.
    Whether I go swimming or not depends on the weather.
    How you vote will depend on your point of view.

    In an/any hierarchical organization, the employees depend form on one boss.

    I think "hierarchical" is redundant. All organizations follow a hierarchy, one way or another.
