    That or When

    Hi

Can someone please correct the following:

"If the date is incorrect: make a note of the month and year that they last attended the practice next to their name and highlight so I can investigate." I am not sure if it should be 'when they last attended' or 'that they last attended'. Also, 'they' being the patients.

    Many thanks

    Re: That or When

Change the colon to a comma.

Either 'that' or 'when' can be used.
