    chiffon along the border

    Hi,

Is ''My friend's frock has chiffon along the border'' correct? What other words can be used in place of ''along''?

When you say border are you referring to the bottom hemline?

    Re: chiffon along the border

I would keep "along" but change "border" to "neckline".

My friend's frock has lace along the neckline.

You could also say "My friend's frock has lace at the neckline."
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
