    replying to hotel manager regarding my complaint

    I made a complain to the hotel regarding some issues. The manager called me and said that he will be investigating into it and get back to me later. How should I reply to him if what I wish to tell them that I'm looking forward to your result of investigation? Is it the usual way american says?
