    Grammar

    Good afternoon.
I am sending an email to my client.
I would like to ask if this sentence is right. " We are pleased upon receiving your report."
    Thank you!

It would be more natural to say "Thank you for sending us your report" or "We were pleased to receive your report".

It may be more appropriate to change 'us' to 'me' and 'We' to 'I'.
