    Hi,

    Are the following correct?
    a) ''I'm feeling tense/tension.''
    b) ''Don't give me tension.''

    If you feel tense, you're describing your condition.
    If you feel tension, you're noting an observation about a situation. We also say "I'm sensing tension."

    So should I say ''don't make me feel more tense'' instead of ''Don't give me tension''?

    Yes, that could work, if you'd capitalize the 'd' and add a period.
