a formal synonym for "In terms of"

    Hello,

I couldn't find any clear answer for this question searching online dictionaries:

Is there any formal synonym for the expression "In terms of"?

"With regard to" and "concerning" do not imply same meanings. I want to know if I should use "In terms of" in formal speeches or there's a better expression to use.

    Thanks in advance,

'In terms of' is fine in formal speeches.
