    No. There's one 'to' too many, and no 'us'.

    That is fine, but "I want us to meet" suggests a mutuality that your form doesn't.

    I want us to meet.

    Is there any indication that the other party is more willing to meet than when you say:

    I want to meet you?

    The first sounds more intimate I guess.
