What methodology do you use in your adult ESL courses?

Mine is:

1. 1000 most used words
2. Phonetic illustrated table
3. A classbook

We take grammar from the classbook, vocabulary must be learnt from the list and we work on phonetics to achieve a nice pronunciation.

Of course, everything is personalized.

Is that a methodology? Many teachers now mix and match techniques and ideas from many different methodologies, rather than slavishly following one.
