When to used comma after which.

I wants to ask when do we used comma after which. I saw many people omitted the comma after which.

    Is this correct

Do you have Specification, which will record the temperature?
    or is it like this
Do you have Specification which will record the temperature?

I think you meant to ask about using a comma before "which", not after "which". There is no reason for the comma you used in your first suggested sentence.
I'm not sure that specification is the right word but it sounds like it might be a technical sentence so perhaps it is the right word in your context.

Please note my other corrections to your post.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

I think the following explanations about restrictive and non-restrictive clauses could be helpful to the OP, but I am not a teacher.
