    Was losing both

    Would you please correct the mistakes in my sentences.

    After decades of alcohol and drug misuse, Peter's health was deteriorating rapidly. He was losing both weight and sight, and slept just an hour or two.

    It looks OK to me. I'd probably add 'a night' or 'at a time' at the end.
