    concurrent marginalization

    Hi!
I have problem with the bolded phrase of the following sentence:
"In a close analysis of some policy agendas around e-learning, it sets the scene for exploring how these are being taken up in the repositioning of universities in the global marketplace and the concurrent marginalization of teaching and learning of a traditional academic curriculum concerned with disciplinary-based knowledge.
I dont know "teaching and learning of a traditional academic curriculum..." are to be marginalized are theu are marginalized and should be reposition? That is, only "universities in the global marketplace" should be repostioned? or "teaching and learning of a traditional" should be so?
    Thanks very much

    Re: concurrent marginalization

Universities are being repositioned in the global marketplace and at the same time the teaching and learning of a traditional academic curriculum is being marginalised.
“Every miserable fool who has nothing at all of which he can be proud, adopts as a last resource pride in the nation to which he belongs; he is ready and happy to defend all its faults and follies tooth and nail, thus reimbursing himself for his own inferiority.”
