    Please, tell me the correct word (reply or answer) if I want to thank someone for his/her answer in a formal letter.
    I am the first to write a letter and expect a recepiet to answer to it.

    I wouldn't use either one. You could say "I look forward to your reply".

    ... and I think you meant "recipient".
    "Recepiet" isn't an English word as far as I know.
