    prior vs before

Please send your application form of enrolled primary school prior/before 3 days to our office of normal working days.

    Are both words working here?
    If not, please advise.

No. It's not clear what you are trying to say.

The situation is my children apply to study primary school.
I completed the application form. Then, submit it to the school office.
But, they said that we accept or collect the application form during general office hour. Not accept during holiday such as Saturday and Sunday.
And, the day must be before / prior 28 Sep.

    Re: prior vs before

So is the original sentence your translation of the school's Chinese version of their requirements?

If so, you could post it in the Other Languages forum for Chinese speakers to translate.
