    PWC is scheduled

PWC is scheduled to start audit by October 12, 2015.

I understand the above sentence is in passive voice. How can we write the same in active voice.

    Re: PWC is scheduled

May I ask a question here?

I found "schedule somebody/something to do something" here:
    http://www.oxfordlearnersdictionarie...ish/schedule_2

Is it possible to change the original sentence into the active by using this construction?

    Thank you.

    Re: PWC is scheduled

In order to do that, an agent that wasn't in the original sentence would have to be invented.

    Re: PWC is scheduled

Yes, but that doesn't fit the parameters you asked about: "schedule somebody/something to do something".

Who does the scheduling? If it is the compnay, then they would become the subject. I honestly don't know how audit schedules are arrived at.

    Re: PWC is scheduled

Companies normally schedule the audits, unless they are government audits.
