How to / how do I / how can I

    How to reset a computer?

How can I reset a computer?

How do I reset a computer?

Do the sentences have the same meaning?

In formal writing asking for assistance, which sentence should be used?

Without the question mark that is fine as a title.

They mean pretty much the same.

In formal writing asking for assistance, which sentence should be used?
I'd use the first of those two.

I think it would be correct if 'Could you tell me' was added before it with a lower-case 'h', but I am not a teacher.
