    We can send an email

We can send an email to Ram seeking clarification, if you don't have different opinion.

We can send an email to Ram for clarification , if you don't have different opinion.

Are both the above sentences correct and do they convey the same meaning. ( I am doubtful for "seeking")

Re: We can send an email

You need 'a' before 'different opinion'.

There's no difference in meaning, but I'd end with '...if you agree'.
