    have+ been+ past participle

    Peace!

The sites we’ve been republished on.
The sites we've been linked to.

The meaning of the above sentences confusing me...
Could you please explain the tense of sentences in this structure: (has/have+ been+ p.p.)?

    Re: have+ been+ past participle

The tense is the present perfect passive. They are not sentences, and the meaning confuses me, too.

    Where did you find them?

    Re: have+ been+ past participle

If it is present perfect passive, could the meaning be: "The sites that have been republished by them" or "The sites that have been linked by them"?
I came across these sentences while reading a blog post; here (under the secondary subtitle "other referrals")

It would have been more helpful if you had quoted the full sentence in which you found these phrases. Here it is:

Although social networks are included in this report as well, it’s a good way to see which sites we’ve been republished on or where we’ve been linked to around the web that has sent lots of traffic our way.
Their report has been forwarded to other webites or links to it have been posted, so many other people have read and responded to it.
