    Bob is taller than Bill.

    1.Bob is taller than Bill.
    2.Sally is taller than Barbara is.
    3.Bill studies harder than Bob.
    4.Bill studies harder than Bob does.
    5.I am as tall as Bob.
    6.I am as tall as Bob is.

    Are all of them OK?

    Yes, all are okay, which shows you can omit the verb in 2, 4, and 6.
    I suggest that 1, 3, and 5 are all more natural.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
