    what should i do if i want to study abroard from now?

    It depends what yopu want to study and where. Universities in the States and the UK have a lot of freedom to set their own standards and choose candidates. The best thing is to decide which places interest you and look at their individual requirements, especially in terms of English- do they want you to have IELTS or TOEFL and what score?
