    Can I say: "After a few drinks her boss started getting too familiar for her to like"?

    Nope. This is a matter of cast iron idiom.

    In that idiom, "liking" means "taste".

    It's too red for my liking.
    The car is too green for my liking.
    He's too rude for my liking.

    It means that the aspects mentioned are not to my taste. As probus said "for my liking" is the idiom. Don't try to reword it.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
