Do the following words have the plural form?
    1. Cabbage(s)
    2. Lettuce(s)

    Thanks!

    Re: Plural form

The plurals are "cabbages/lettuces/fruits" in their countable form. In their uncountable form, "cabbage/lettuce/fruit" are all correct. Context will dictate which one you should use.

Please don't refer to users here as "Sir". That excludes all our female members.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: Plural form

I refuse to reply to them. You're a more generous person than I am, ems.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
