Peer groups which imply open and interpersonal communication,

Peer groups which imply open and interpersonal communication will serve a valuable function, establishing and developing one’s identity.

    1) I'm not sure whether peer groups can imply someting.
Please, correct all my mistakes. I should know English perfectly and if you show me my mistakes I will achieve my dream a little bit faster. A lot of thanks.
