    reported speech

    Hello,
I wonder if you can help me to solve a doubt about reported speech:
She said: "Could you give me a lift home?".
    a) She asked me for a lift home
    b) she asked me to give her a lift home.
    c) She asked me if I could give her a lift home.
Are the three of them correct?Or just b and c?
    thank you

    Re: reported speech

    All three are correct.
“Every miserable fool who has nothing at all of which he can be proud, adopts as a last resource pride in the nation to which he belongs; he is ready and happy to defend all its faults and follies tooth and nail, thus reimbursing himself for his own inferiority.”
