    The original plan instructions mentioned

The original plan instructions mentioned that the submission date for the report would be 13th November. This was dependant on the Board Meeting taking place on the 3rd November as scheduled, this however has been re-arranged to the following week and hence the second pass submission deadline has moved and is now scheduled for Tuesday 17th November.

    1) Can I use "had" before mentioned? Does it make any difference if I use "had"?
    2) Can I use " which was scheduled for 3rd November" instead of " taking place on the 3rd November as scheduled" ?
    3) Should I use "which was" before " taking place on the 3rd November as scheduled"?
