Is there a name for this error?

If a student writes, "There would be a reduction of visits to the doctor and save money", what kind of error would you call this - he leaves out the subject after the conjunction "and" and assumes the sentence reads correctly, but it doesn't.

    Thanks.

He leaves out more than the subject. He leaves out "it would".

I think you may tell your students that it is wrong to say 'There would save money' because 'There' can't be the subject.
    I am not a teacher.
