    adopt

I was just wondering if "adopt" would be the right word in the context:

She didn't know that expression. I am saying that it is a good one and it's worth remembering.
Can I say that she can adopt it? Don't know but it seems to me that this word can be used or I'm mixing it up with something else?

"It is a good word/phrase, you shoud adopt it."

    Wrong?

    Thank you.
