    Welcome to the forum.

    1. What prompted you to ask this question?
    2. What do you think the answer is?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

my thought is inter- is one of the bound morphemes
-al might be if inter- is true.
im not sure if there is any relationship between international and national(i think there is)
and if yes, what is the meaning that for "inter-" work with "national"?
anyone can give some opinion to me

See above. It's important to write correctly. You must start every sentence with a capital letter, always capitalise the word "I" and end every sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
