    Two represenetive

If I am talking to an insurance represenetive over the phone and I have been transferred to that represenetive by another represenetive and I want to tell that represenetive that she is not the first person who has attended my call and I have been transferred by another represenetive. Can I say "One more represenetive attended this call and I spoke to her as well and she transferred me to you"?.

    Re: Two represenetive

It can be simpler. "I spoke to another representative and she transferred me to you."

    Re: Two represenetive

I would usually say, "One of your colleagues put me through to you".
    (Note spelling- representative)

No, you can't say "One more representative attended this call and I spoke to her as well and she transferred me to you".
