Two auxiliary verb in one sentence?

Hi,

I need your help. Do you think this sentence have any mistake?

Furthermore, the hydroelectric power which was consumed was approximately 3 units in 1995.

My question at this point, can i use two auxiliary verb such as "was" and again "was" ?
If i cannot use auxiliary verb twice in one sentence like that, could you give me an advice to mend my mistake on this issue?

The main subject is "power" and the main verb is the underlined "was." That is not an auxiliary verb.
The full subject is "the hydroelectric power that was consumed."

I think two auxiliary verbs can be used in one sentence, as in 'The hydroelectric power that was consumed was estimated to be three units in 1995.'

I would consider rephrasing the sentence to avoid the repetition of "was". "Furthermore, the consumed hydroelectric power was approximately 3 units in 1995."

There is no rule to stop you using more than one auxiliary verb in a sentence. You can also use more than one with the same verb: I do and always will support the government.

I think it is a linking verb.
