My request is if you have

My request is if you have already started working with another firm for this requirement, let us have a call so that we are all aligned. If not please note we can help you substantially with this process, in which case please get back to me.

I want to understand why do we use "which" above, can we use "this" in place of "which"?

Re: My request is if you have

We could replace "which" with "this" but it wouldn't make the text any better. It is full of errors.
“Every miserable fool who has nothing at all of which he can be proud, adopts as a last resource pride in the nation to which he belongs; he is ready and happy to defend all its faults and follies tooth and nail, thus reimbursing himself for his own inferiority.”
