Also he is very strict whit his other children.

I have two questions concerning the following sentence, namely:

    1) can you begin a sentence with "also" ?
    2) should't a comma be put after "also" ?

Also he is very strict whit his other children.

    Thank you

    Alternatively, you can write:
He is also very strict with his other children.

    Thank you.
    1) Yes, you can begin a sentence with "Also".
    2) I would put a comma after "Also".

The sentence you are querying should directly follow the words "... the following sentence".

Note my corrections to your post, marked in red. Don't put a space before a question mark, start every sentence with a capital letter and end every sentence with a punctuation mark.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Where did you find that sentence?
“Every miserable fool who has nothing at all of which he can be proud, adopts as a last resource pride in the nation to which he belongs; he is ready and happy to defend all its faults and follies tooth and nail, thus reimbursing himself for his own inferiority.”
