    That or without that

    "I have few more claims that I haven't been able to get information for, from the IVR system".

    "You can refile all the claims that Dr Robert is the provider on".

    Please check these sentences. Do we need to take out "That" from these sentences?.

    "That" is optional in both sentences, You need the article "a" before "few" in the first.

    I found that you like to use a question mark followed by a full stop, which does not look correct to me.

    Matthew is right. Sentences/questions should end with a single, appropriate punctuation mark. (Note that I am not including quotation marks or brackets in that statement.)
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
