    First, please note that I have changed your thread title from the irrelevant and baffling "Ex Army Officer" to "Please find attached", which is the phrase you are querying. Thread titles should include some or all of the words/phrases you are having trouble with.

    When you say "word document", do you mean a letter/email or similar, or do you mean a document written using Microsoft Word?

    How do you think "Please find attached ..." should be used? Please give us an example of how you might use it.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
