child`s personality in the novel "The catcher in the rye"

    Hello,everyone,

Now I am working with a J.D.Sallinger`s novel "The catcher in the rye" in order to complete my research work,I am exploring the novel`s protagonist-Holden.

Can you write your opinion about Holden`s personality?

It is not for us to write an opinion, it's your work.
“Every miserable fool who has nothing at all of which he can be proud, adopts as a last resource pride in the nation to which he belongs; he is ready and happy to defend all its faults and follies tooth and nail, thus reimbursing himself for his own inferiority.”
