    The best way to remember words quickly is to chat with foreigners.

    I think "English speakers" would have been better.

    It usually takes time. It is better to try to learn a few at a time and to keep practising them until they're in your long-term memory. If you try to learn lots of words at a time, you may find that within a day or two you have forgotten most of them. Also, remember that most native speakers don't use a huge vocabulary.
