Dear teachers,

Which preposition would be better for the following sentence? Thanks sooooo much. :-D

I will let my puppy sleep (in or on) my bed.

BTW, one more question...

When do we use the word "vocabularies"? Knowing that the word "vocabulary" already means a list of or all the words a person knows or uses. Thanks again.

I will let my puppy sleep in the bed. <inside the covers>

vocabulary <one list>
vocabularies <two or more different lists>

EX: I have a list of vocab(ulary) to study.
EX: I have to compare the vocab(ularie)s of French and English.
