    Why would you want to use 'this' before 'help'?
    Probably a direct translation from another language eh?

    Additionally,

    I will never forget your help.
    I will never forget this help.

    Both your and this function as adjectives: 'your help' and 'this help'. But they also function as determiners and, in English, there can be only one determiner per noun - which is why 'your this help' doesn't work.

    I will never forget your this help.
