    Learn or remeber

If somebody asks that whether I can learn(should it be learn or remember?) this number: 16543789230887665, so can I say "I can't even learn my phone numer or a poem and you are asking me to learn this number"?

Take a look at the words in bold. Fix them. Then we'll answer.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Right.

Please note how to use proper punctuation.

    Re: Learn or remeber

I can't even remember my phone number and you're expecting me to memorise that long number? Fat chance!
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: Learn or remeber

Are 'learn' and 'remember' used correctly in 'I learned of his phone number before but can't remember it now'?
    I am not a teacher.

    Re: Learn or remeber

"learned of" is unnatural in that context. It means "discovered" or "to found out".

I used to know his phone number but I can't remember it now.
