    Normally, the first is correct. The second could be correct if there was a need for extra emphasis.

    When who, what or which ...DO are the subjects of the verb in a question, we do not use auxiliary DO except, as Mike said, if we need extra emphasis.

    A: Who has a car?
    B: I don't.
    C; I don't
    D: I don't.
    A: Well, who
    does have a car?
