    Flowers to grave

If somebody takes flowers to somebody's grave. What do we say "You are taking flower to his grave" or "He is taking flower to his grave"? And what do we say when people put flowers over somebody's dead body?

    Re: Flowers to grave

Given that you got "flowers" correct the first and fourth times you wrote it, why did you use "flower" the second and third times?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: Flowers to grave

Unless it's a single flower, we say 'flowers', in which case he's taking a flower to the grave.

Sometimes the act is referred to as 'decorating the grave' or 'laying flowers on the grave'.
