Question What's the opposite phrase for "free call"?

Hi, I'd like to know the opposite word of toll-free call.
Is "pay call" correct or understandable?

I found examples of 'make a paid call' on https://www.google.com/webhp?sourcei...a+paid+call%22

I'd call it a charged call.

'Paid calls' seems more common than 'charged calls' according to https://books.google.com/ngrams/grap...0calls%3B%2Cc0
    I am not a teacher.

Re: What's the opposite phrase for "free call"?

That Ngram tells us nothing about the context in which these two pairs of words are used. Many citations could be, for example, of doctors who paid calls on patients

If the opposite is a toll-free call, it seems logical to me to call it a toll call.

In the old days of monopoly phone service, calls that were outside of your local calling area were called "toll calls."

I made a mistake in my question. I should have asked, "What do you call calls we have to pay the charge?"

Your original question was perfectly understandable.
