    present participle and past participle

A letter was sent to everyone to inform everything about something. And this letter was important. Can I say:

"The letter sent informing everything was important./ The sent letter informing everything was important."

No. It's not a complete sentence. You have only named a subject.

Re: present participle and past participle

The letter wasn't sent informing everything about something. It informed everyone/everybody about something.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
