    Have been meaning

Would you please correct my sentences. I wanted to use "have been meaning" in them, and I am wondering if they are correct, or if they sound natural.

    1. I have been meaning to ask you if you parents are still alive.
    2. I have been meaning to write to you, but somehow I could not compel myself to sit at the table.
    3. He has been meaning to move away, but could not find a cheap flat.

    Re: Have been meaning

    1. OK, but 'your parents'.

    2. OK, but you don't need to sit at a table to write a letter.

    3. OK.

    Re: Have been meaning

I would delete the comma in 3.
