Japan differs from South Koreia only in 0.3 per cent

Thus Japan differs from South Koreia only in 0.3 per cent.

Did I use a correct preposition?
Please, correct all my mistakes. I should know English perfectly and if you show me my mistakes I will achieve my dream a little bit faster. A lot of thanks.

I'd probably use "by". It depends on the context, Boris.
