People really would hear better IMO if you used sentence case.

It's not a problem of hearing, or even of thoughtfully considering what you've said. It's that we disagree. Shouting won't and can't affect that, and just makes you appear more like a crank.

Actually, I usually try to ignore my neighbor's blaring music, until it's necessary to confront him about it in Spanglish.
