    Until now

    Are the following sentences correct?

    1:
Until now, I'm working as a cashier.

2: Until now, I work as a cashier.

    Thanks in advance

Teachers aren't generally impressed by students who underline their self-styled strange-ness by using formatting options that make their posts almost illegible. English is written left-right. I almost deleted your post as blank and an obvious mistake

The answer is, 2 , 1 is OK informally, but does not adhere to formal standards. Until now requires a present perfect (though in some literary contexts a past perfect may be used).

    Re: Until now

I have edited post #1 and moved all the text to left justification.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: Until now

To me "until now" suggests that from now on thing are different, so I would have expected to read, "Until now I have been working as a cashier." (and I'm not doing that any more.)
