    Talking dificult phonetics

    Hi in this link http://dictionary.cambridge.org/dict.../english/multi

    the phonetic of multi is /-t̬i-/ in americain english !! but brithish is /mʌl.ti-/

    so where is the m and t in americain english

    They are in exactly the same place. The dictionary has given the symbols only for that part of the American English pronunciation that is different from the British English version.
